I feel that as leaders we should plan some events for the guild. I think a large event would be good but that will have to wait a little bit, I am talking about small events for the members that are on at the times we leaders are on. If there are two or 3 other members on when you are you can hold something simple like a hunting quest or hide and seek. Pick out something for the reward doesn't have to be something big just something uncommon.
