Non Active Members.

We have a few non active members in the guild and as rules stats after 30 days you are up for removal. Hiro is coming up on two nonactive months a vote for his removal is needed unless he is deleted from the server first.

I call for a meeting, this weekend perhaps? We can also assign people to help with faction titles and quests and possibly put a deadline on all-guild quests. I would like to volunteer to help, we have a few factions that are unfinished so I can take on one or two. Let's at least put a date for that meeting so I can write about it for the homepage.

Alright lets get a meeting organized for this weekend maybe sat or sun. We lost Hiro he was removed from the server for inactivity. Deadly Viper is now a month gone so he would be the only member in question at the moment. Let me know what times would be good for you all and I will let you know when I can make it. Working full time again makes it harder to get on when everyone else is on.

There will be two members cut from the roster. I motion to remove Deadly viper and Peterf due to inactivity. In accordance to guild rules we have been more than giving in an extension of time to log on.

I agree. That seems to be more than a brief hiatus.

It's not like we haven't given those two a chance. If they want to come back then they can log in and ask.
